Doug Holmes

Doug Holmes joined NZWC in November 2001 as company Viticulturist responsible both for liaison with the valued and dedicated contract growers and for the management and development of NZWC’s owned and leased vineyards. Doug brings to NZWC and to NZWC’s contract growers an in-depth knowledge of local soils and climates gained from more than 10 years experience as a consultant viticulturist in the Marlborough region. In addition to a Diploma in Horticulture from Lincoln University, Doug holds a Diploma of Wine Marketing from Roseworthy College in Australia.
